Hello,

My name is Rafael, also known as “Raf”, with over 10 years of experience in IT and since 2016 at ServiceNow I decided to create this blog to increase my intellectual growth and self-improvement through education. In the last two years I have specialized in Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) and Scoped Application development, where I have been on Top 5 of ServiceNow GRC Community Leader board since 2019 and participated in some community events as a speaker.

Consider the knowledge you already have — the things you really know you can do. They are the things you have done over and over; practiced them so often that they became second nature. When we encounter issues during one of our projects, we all ended up googling and praying there’s someone that faced the same issue. Unfortunately, this knowledge takes time and sometimes we just don’t have it.

Has it ever happened that you don’t know where you saved the solution to a specific problem?

Well, that makes us two – since I started my career, I have been saving my findings or solutions all over the place and I decided to break this problem of mine, I created this blog with the purpose of being able to consolidate all my knowledge on a single page. Better days are coming!

From today on, I decided to be part of other fence, part of the group who share their knowledge and hope it would save you some time.
